The exact blacksmith behind this Santoku is unknown — we received it as raw material and refined it with a thin, high-performance geometry.
The core of the knife is slightly offset to the right, giving both sides a subtly asymmetrical finish.
The blade is entirely hand-forged and hand-polished, then fitted with a handle made of scorched chestnut.
